This is what I made for my husband last night for our special dinner and I’m still amazed that it came out so good! Asparagus-stuffed-chicken-breast with mushrooms in a cream of chicken soup sauce. I also made mashed potatoes to go along with it! We love fresh asparagus and it just happened to be on sale this week at 87 cents a pound! The chicken breasts with ribs are on sale for 89 cents a pound. I deboned the chicken myself, having been a meat wrapper in my younger days, it was easy for me, but you can follow the link on how to do it! The chicken ribs will be the base for a pot of chicken soup today, so I have my work cut-out for me today as I finish deboning the rest of the breasts I got. On the menu today using the chicken will be chicken soup, Fajitas and a garbage salad! Yum!!!! What’s on your menu today?
