Food Myths

Here are a few myths for you to digest!

1. Eggs are bad! No yolk!

2. Fat-free means no calories! Not, they add more sugar which adds calories!

3. Too much sugar causes diabetes!

4. Starches make you gain weight! Starches are low in fat and calories, it’s what you put on  top that makes it become high in fat!

5. Eating after 8 p.m. will make you gain weight! False!
