Konop, Konop

Konop Konop!
Who’s there?

Ben who?

Ben wonderin’ what you’re up to!

Why it’s a paid part-time petition gatherer konoping at my door.  The amount of money paid to petition gatherers varies depending on the issue.  A lot of them are only 50 cents or 75 cents (per signature), so how much is Ben paying per signature. What, he can’t find enough volunteers who support his run for Mayor to collect signatures for him? Over at Roland Hansen Commentary, you can read more about Ben Konop!

How ironic that the konoping at our door was right after your telephone call about the library funding issue to the radio show being hosted by Tim Higgins, the (in)famous author of Just Blowing Smoke… Fractured Fairy Tales – Little Ben Riding Hood!!!

It is unfortunate that you were unable to get back through the call-in line to inform Tim Higgins of the door-knocking, Ben Konop paid professional, petition-signing seeker solicitor. And, that is not just blowing smoke.

Hooda Thunkit — er, I mean, who would have thought it????!!!!
Dave Zawodny thinks about it.and more.

Now, Carmen (uh, I mean Judy), let us get our amigos and LET’S RIDE!

  2. Judy,

Please tell me you’re not surprised that “Young Ben” has to resort to paid help in gathering signatures?

    I’m not…

  3. Tim Higgins says:

This should dispel the illegal alien argument and prove that there is no job (however low) that an American won’t do.

  4. Judy says:
